Pork neck roast 'Noble Roast' on the grill
Our pork neck roast is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place on the grill for 70-90 minutes and it's ready.

Preheat your grill to 170°C. If you're using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.
Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap, cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
Roast the pork neck at 170°C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 70-90 minutes until the roast is golden brown. Depending on your grill, this may take a bit longer or shorter.
Tip: Finally, brush the pork neck roast with 'Juice Royal', 'the best pork gravy in the world'.
Then leave the roast to rest next to the grill for approx. 5-10 minutes. Do not cover the meat!
