Pulled Pork 'Teared Pork' on the grill
Our pulled pork is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place on the grill for 70-90 minutes and it's ready.

Ingredients
| 1 piece 350 ml | Pulled Pork 'Teared Pork' Pork gravy 'Juice Royal' |
Preparation
Preheat your grill to 170°C. If you are using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.
Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap, cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
Roast the meat at 170°C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 70-90 minutes until the roast is golden brown. Depending on your grill, this may take a bit longer or shorter.
Finally, brush the pulled pork with 'Juice Royal', 'the best pork gravy in the world' or with BBQ sauce.
Leave the pulled pork to rest for approx. 5-10 minutes, then shred with two forks.
