Roast Duck 'The Duke' in the air fryer
Our roast duck is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place in the air fryer for 18-25 minutes and it's ready.

Ingredients

Preparation
1.Preheat the air fryer
Heat the air fryer to 200°C.
2.Warm up the meat
Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
3.Frying
Roast the duck in the air fryer at 200°C for 18-25 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
