Pork neck roast 'Noble Roast' on the grill
Our pork neck roast is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place on the grill for 70-90 minutes and it's ready.

Preheat your grill to 170°C. If you're using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.
Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap, cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Wipe the meat dry with kitchen roll.
Roast the pork neck at 170°C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 70-90 minutes until the roast is golden brown. Depending on your grill, this may take a bit longer or shorter.
Finally, brush the pork neck roast with 'Juice Royal', 'the best pork gravy in the world'.
Then leave the roast to rest next to the grill for approx. 5-10 minutes. Do not cover the meat!
