Chicken Burger with Mango
Chicken burgers with a twist! With the perfectly pre-cooked and finely seasoned “Gentle Chick” chicken breast, this delicious burger creation is ready in minutes. Finely chopped mango adds a fruity, exotic note to this recipe.

Prepare the meat

| 60 g | Mayonnaise | 
| 1 piece | Tomato | 
| 1 piece | Mango | 
| 2 pieces | Lettuce | 
| 1 piece | Red onion | 
Preparation steps
Prepare the meat
- Place the Gentle Chick chicken breast fillets in the vacuum pack in warm tap water for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the chicken fillets and empty the liquid down the drain.
 - Cut the chicken fillets in half lengthways and fry on the barbecue or in a pan for approx. 3 minutes until golden brown.
 
Serve the burger
- Place the burger bun halves on the grill and fry briefly over an indirect heat to create a nice pattern on the bun.
 - Spread mayonnaise on the burger bun halves.
 - Cut the peeled mango, tomato and onion into thin slices and tear the lettuce hearts.
 - Top the bottom burger bun halves with the mango, lettuce leaves, chicken breast, tomato and onion slices. Place the upper bun halves on top, take a bite and enjoy a gourmet burger with a fruity note!
 
Tip: Diet-conscious people can replace conventional burger buns with protein buns and enjoy the low-carb chicken burger!
