At AUMAERK, we consistently avoid chemicals and additives - even though over 300 of them are permitted in the EU!
Instead, we deliberately take a different approach and have revived the ancient craft of meat processing and combined long-forgotten knowledge with state-of-the-art technology!
This is the only way we can guarantee that our meat does not contain any additives, colorants or preservatives. Because 0% additives & 0% preservatives preserve 100% of the natural meat taste! We even go so far as to have developed our own spice blends and a strict certification system for them. Because even conventional anti-caking agents used in salt are too much “chemical helper” for us and not enough nature!
With us, shelf life doesn't need preservatives. By combining ancient knowledge and modern techniques, we at AUMAERK are able to preserve the meat cuts in a completely natural way.

When refining gourmet meat, we therefore only use high-quality salt (without anti-caking agents) and only selected organic spices of exquisite quality.
We source these exclusively from partners who are personally known to us and who we can rely on to fully share our views on the quality and naturalness of ingredients!
