Beef shank ‘Big Beef Hammer’ on the grill
Our beef shank is quick and easy to grill. Simply grill for 90 minutes at 170°C indirect heat to perfect tenderness!

Preparation
1.Heat up the grill
Preheat your grill to 170°C. If you’re using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.
2.Warm up the meat
Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
3.Grilling
Grill the meat at 170°C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 90 minutes until the ‘Big Beef Hammer’ beef shank is crispy. Depending on your grill, this may take a bit longer or shorter.
