Short ribs ‘Big Beef Rib’ in the Airfryer
Our short ribs are quick and easy to prepare! Simply place them in the airfryer for 20-30 minutes and they're ready.

Ingredients

Preparation
1.Warm up the meat
Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
2. Portioning
Unpack the meat, rub dry with paper towels and cut into the desired number of ribs.
3.Frying
Heat the airfryer to 140°C and fry the individually cut ribs for 20-30 minutes.
Then switch off the air fryer and leave the beef ribs to rest for approx. 5-10 minutes.
