Pig Wing "Big Win" in the oven

Our pig wings are quick and easy to prepare. Simply put them in the oven for 18-22 minutes and they're ready.

1.Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 240°C hot air. This can also be done in an oven with top and bottom heat, a gas oven, or a wood-fired oven.

2.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.

3.Wipe off

Wipe the meat dry with a piece of paper towel and place it on a baking tray.

4.Roasting

Place in the oven at 240°C on the middle shelf and roast for 18-22 minutes until the skin is crispy. Depending on your oven, this may take a bit longer or shorter.

Switch off the oven and leave the meat to rest for another 5-10 minutes with the oven door open.
