Prepare lamb shanks quickly and easily: Simply place in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 160°C hot air and it's done!

Preparation
1.Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 160°C hot air. This can also be done in an oven with top and bottom heat, a gas oven or a wood-fired oven.
2.Warm up the meat
Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
3.Roasting
Place the lamb shank on the middle shelf of the oven at 160°C with the bone facing upwards and roast for 30-40 minutes until the meat is golden brown on the outside. Depending on your oven, this may take a bit longer or shorter.
Then turn off the oven and let the meat rest for about 5-10 minutes with the oven door open.
