Pork neck roast 'Noble Roast Cut' in the oven
Our pork neck roast is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place in the oven for 40-45 minutes and it's ready.

Preheat the oven to 160°C hot air. This can also be done in an oven with top and bottom heat, in a gas oven or in a wood-fired oven.
Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap, cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Wipe the meat dry with kitchen roll.
Place 'Noble Roast Cut' in the oven at 160°C on the middle shelf and roast for 40-45 minutes. Depending on your oven, this may take a bit longer or shorter.
Finally, brush the roast with 'Juice Royal', 'the best pork gravy in the world'.
Then switch off the oven and leave the roast to rest for approx. 5-10 minutes with the oven door open.
