Spareribs / Pork breast ribs 'Rocco Rib Cut' in the oven

Our spareribs are quick and easy to prepare. Simply put them in the oven for 18-25 minutes and they're ready.

Preparation

1.Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 245°C hot air. Can also be done in an oven with top and bottom heat, in a gas oven or in a wood-fired oven.

2.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat, empty the liquid down the drain and wipe the meat dry with kitchen roll.

3.Roasting

Place on the grill rack with the meat side facing upwards. CAUTION: To keep your oven clean, place a baking tray or drip tray under the grill rack. Place in the oven at 245°C on the middle shelf and roast for 18-25 minutes until the meat is golden brown on the outside.

Switch off the oven and leave the meat to rest for a further 5-10 minutes with the oven door open.

Finally, brush the ribs with 'Juice Royal', 'the best pork gravy in the world'.
