Spareribs St. Louis Cut 'Rocco Rib' on the grill
Our spare ribs are quick and easy to prepare. Simply place them on the grill for 18-25 minutes and they're ready.

Preheat your charcoal grill to 260°C. If you are using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.
Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
Grill the ribs indirectly at 260°C (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 18-25 minutes on both sides until crispy.
Finally, brush the ribs with 'Juice Royal', 'the best pork gravy in the world'.
For a more intense roasted aroma, you can grill the ribs directly over the embers for a short time just before they're finished.
After grilling, leave the ribs to rest next to the grill for approx. 5-10 minutes. Do not cover the meat!
