Beef roast 'Sunday Roast' on the grill
Our beef roast is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place on the grill for 70-90 minutes and it's ready.

Ingredients
| 1 piece 350 ml | Beef roast 'Sunday Roast' Demi-glace '37 Hours' |
Preparation
Preheat your grill to 170°C. If you are using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.
Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap. Cut open the bag, remove the roast and empty the liquid down the drain. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
Grill the roast at 170°C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 70-90 minutes until it's golden brown.
Tip: Finally, brush the roast with '37 Hours' sauce, 'the best demi-glace in the world'.
Refine the sauce with BBQ dip as desired. Leave the roast to rest next to the grill for approx. 5-10 minutes. Do not cover the meat!
