Pulled Pork 'Teared Pork Cut' on the grill

Our pulled pork cut, specially portioned for 2-3 people, is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place it on the grill for 40-45 minutes, and you're done!

Preparation

1.Heat up the grill

Preheat your grill to 170°C. If you are using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.

2.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap, cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.

3.Grilling

Roast the meat at 170°C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 40-45 minutes until the roast is golden brown. Depending on your grill, this may take a bit longer or shorter.

4.Pork gravy 'Juice Royal'

Finally, brush the pulled pork with 'Juice Royal', 'the best pork gravy in the world'.

5.Tear the meat

Leave the pulled pork to rest for approx. 5-10 minutes, then shred with two forks and serve with 'Juice Royal' gravy or BBQ sauce.
