Rolled veal roast 'Tender Wheel' in the oven

Our rolled veal roast is quick and easy to prepare. Simply put it in the oven for 70-90 minutes and it's ready.

Preparation

1.Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 160°C hot air. Can also be done in the oven with top and bottom heat, in a gas oven or in a wood-fired oven.

2.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Pat the meat dry with kitchen roll.

3.Roasting

Place 'Tender Wheel' in the oven at 160°C on the middle shelf and roast for 70-90 minutes until the meat is golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Then turn off the oven and let the roast rest for about 5-10 minutes with the overn door open.

4.Remove the string

Cut the string and carefully remove it from the meat.
