Baked duck leg “Duke Leg

Our baked duck leg is quick and easy to prepare. Simply coat in breadcrumbs and bake for 2.5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients

flour
eggs
breadcrumbs
Oil or clarified butter for frying

Preparation

1.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.

2.Breading

Coat the duck leg in flour, followed by beaten eggs and then breadcrumbs.

3.Prepare the pan

Heat plenty of oil or clarified butter in a frying pan to approx. 175°C.

4.Bake until golden brown

Bake the breaded duck leg for approx. 2.5 minutes on each side until golden brown, drain briefly on a piece of kitchen roll and serve.
