Ingredients
Prepare fruit and vegetables

| 1 piece | Mango | 
| 1 piece | Tomato | 
| 0,5 piece | red onion | 
| 0,5 bunch | cilantro, finely chopped | 
| 2 pieces | Chili | 
Season salsa to taste
| Juice and zest of a lime | |
| 30 ml | Olive oil | 
Preparation steps
Prepare the fruits and vegetables
- Peel the pineapple and mango. Cut into small cubes with the tomato and onion.
 - Chop the coriander and finely chop the chillies.
 
Season salsa to taste
- Mix the fruit, vegetables, coriander and chilli and season with lime juice and grated lime zest.
