Beef Rib Burger
Every burger is only as good as its ingredients. With the aromatic beef of the juicy “Big Beef Rib”, homemade remoulade sauce, garnished with grilled pimentos & fried onions, the junk food classic becomes a gourmet dish.

Ingredients
Beef Rib
1 piece | Short Ribs "Big Beef Rib" |
Remoulade sauce
2 pieces | Shallots |
2 pieces | Mustard gherkins |
2 pieces | Sardines |
2 tsp. | Capers |
8 tbsp. | Mayonnaise |
4 tbsp. | Sour cream |
1 pinch | Salt |
Some | Pepper |
Some | Parsley |
Serve burgers
4 pieces | Burger buns |
16 tbsp. | Remoulade sauce |
12 pieces | Pimentos, grilled |
3 tbsp. | Fried onion |
Preparation steps
Beef Rib
- Prepare the “Big Beef Rib” short ribs according to the instructions.
Remoulade sauce
- Peel, chop and blanch the shallots.
- Finely dice the mustard gherkins and add to the blanched shallots.
- Chop the anchovies and capers and then add to the shallots.
- Mix everything together with the mayonnaise and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the chopped parsley and chill the remoulade sauce.
Serve burgers
- Cut the finished “Big Beef Rib” between the bones into thin slices and place on the burger buns.
- Spread the remoulade sauce on the beef rib slices, garnish with grilled pimentos and fried onions and place the top bun halves on top of the burgers.
