Prepare the meat
- Prepare the short rib “Big Beef Rib” according to the cooking instructions.
Serve the burgers
- Cut the pears into slices.
- Briefly brown the burger buns and pear slices on the barbecue over an indirect heat or in a grill pan to create a nice pattern.
- Remove the finished “Big Beef Rib” from the bones and cut the beef into slices.
- Brush the underside of the burger buns with a little BBQ sauce, place the beef from the “Big Beef Rib” and the pear slices on top. Pour over the rest of the BBQ sauce and top with red onion rings.
