60 g | Mayonnaise |

2 pieces | Pickle |

Preparation steps
Prepare the meat
- Place the Gentle Chick chicken breast fillets in the vacuum pack in warm tap water for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the fillets and empty the liquid down the drain.
- Cut the chicken fillets in half lengthways and fry on the barbecue or in a pan for approx. 3 minutes until golden brown.
Top the burger
- Cut the burger buns apart and spread mayonnaise on the cut surfaces.
- Slice the onion into rings, the gherkins into thin strips and the tomatoes into thin slices. Wash and tear the lettuce hearts.
- Finally, top the burger buns with vegetables and chicken breast fillets and enjoy.
Tip: The tender, lean chicken breast fillets are perfect for a light, low-carb diet. Protein buns are suitable for the low-carb burger version.
