Prepare the meat

  1. Place the Gentle Chick chicken breast fillets in the vacuum pack in warm tap water for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the fillets and empty the liquid down the drain.
  2. Cut the chicken fillets in half lengthways and fry on the barbecue or in a pan for approx. 3 minutes until golden brown.


Top the burger

  1. Cut the burger buns apart and spread mayonnaise on the cut surfaces.
  2. Slice the onion into rings, the gherkins into thin strips and the tomatoes into thin slices. Wash and tear the lettuce hearts.
  3. Finally, top the burger buns with vegetables and chicken breast fillets and enjoy.


Tip: The tender, lean chicken breast fillets are perfect for a light, low-carb diet. Protein buns are suitable for the low-carb burger version.
