Preparation steps

With herbs on the wooden plank

  1. Place two pieces of Gentle Chick chicken breast on the wooden plank in the preheated grill.
  2. Chop the garlic and herbs (depending on the season) and mix together in a small bowl; parsley, dill or oregano, for example, go very well.
  3. After 5 minutes, open the grill and brush the Gentle Chicks with the garlic and herb mixture. The plank will start to sear a little and give off a tempting smoky aroma.
  4. Close the grill lid again, wait another 2 minutes and the chicken breast fillets with herbs and garlic are ready.


Glazed with BBQ sauce on the grill plate

  1. Place two pieces of Gentle Chick chicken breast fillets on a plate in the preheated grill. However, the plate is not absolutely necessary. The chicken fillets can also be placed directly on the grill.
  2. After 5 minutes, glaze the chicken fillets with BBQ sauce. As you eat with your eyes, BBQ professional Geri Hochgatterer recommends dabbing the sauce on with a brush and not brushing it on directly to avoid brushstrokes.
  3. Close the grill lid again and after a further 2 minutes, the BBQ-style glazed chicken breast fillets are ready.


With grill pattern from the grid

  1. Place two pieces of Gentle Chick chicken breast on the grill and briefly grill for 5 minutes on one side.
  2. Turn the meat over, grill for a further 2 minutes and enjoy the wonderfully juicy chicken breast fillets with the typical grill stripes.
