200 g | Cheddar (grated) |
1 piece | Pulled Pork "Teared Pork Cut" |

Preparation steps
Prepare the filling
- Finely chop the spring onion and chilli.
- Unpack the pulled pork ‘Teared Pork Cut’, shred the meat and mix with the spring onion, chilli, coriander and cheddar.
Filling and frying the Quesadillas
- Spread the tortillas with the mixture, fold them up and press down.
- Fry in a dry pan until crispy on both sides.
Enjoy the pulled pork quesadillas hot with sour cream and lime dip or yogurt and mint dip.
