Quesadillas with Pulled Pork

Ingredients

Prepare the filling
3 piecesSpring onion
2 piecesChili
1 bunchCilantro, chopped
200 gCheddar (grated)
1 piecePulled Pork "Teared Pork" portioniert

Preparation steps

Prepare the filling

  1. Finely chop the spring onion and chilli.
  2. Cut the pulled pork into portions (cut 400g off the whole pulled pork), shred and mix with the spring onion, chilli, coriander and cheddar.


Filling and frying the Quesadillas

  1. Spread the tortillas with the mixture, fold them up and press down.
  2. Fry in a dry pan until crispy on both sides.



Enjoy the pulled pork quesadillas hot with sour cream and lime dip or yogurt and mint dip.
