Tropical Teared Pork
You can conjure up this spiced up pulled pork recipe on any grill in no time. Multivitamin juice and pineapple provide an exotic touch, some chili for the necessary spiciness and the juicy pulled pork for an ingenious taste experience.

Tropical Teared Pork
1 piece | Pulled Pork "Teared Pork" |
1 litre | Multivitamin juice |
1 piece | Pineapple |
1 piece | Red chili |
Preparation steps
Prepare the ingredients
- Place pulled pork teared pork in the vacuum packaging in warm water from the tap in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid into the drain.
- Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and roughly chop into pieces. Cut the chili pepper into fine strips or rings.
Grill the Pulled Pork
- Preheat grill to 170°C. Place the prepared pulled pork "teared pork" in a fireproof, higher container, e.g. in a cast iron pan or a roasting pan.
- Pour multivitamin juice into the pulled pork and add the pineapple pieces and the sliced chili pepper.
- Finish the “teared pork” on the grill according to the instructions. Roast at 170° C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for about 70 minutes.
- Then mix everything together and shred the pulled pork with two forks.
The Tropical Teared Pork is ideal as a filling for delicious pulled pork burgers or sandwiches.
