Information on data protection in accordance with the EU data protection basic regulation (DSGVO)
The provisions of the DSGVO shall apply, together with the relevant legal provisions relevant to data protection in Austria.
This notice and the underlying data protection conditions apply to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of your personal and other data in connection with your use of our websites, e-mails, blogs, newsletters and mobile applications ("Website"). The terms "we", "us" and "Aumaerk.at" as well as "Aumaerk.com" refer to Aumaerk GmbH with its registered office in Vienna and the business address Strohbogasse 1, 1210 Vienna. 3.1 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics technology (www.google.com/analytics) to collect and store data in anonymous form for marketing and optimisation purposes. 3.2 Facebook
Aumaerk uses a social plugin from Facebook, the Like button. The provider and operator of the plugin is Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California, USA. The plugin is always marked with the Facebook logo. When you call up an Aumaerk page on which there is a Like button, the browser establishes a connection to a Facebook server. The social plugin is sent to the browser and is then displayed within the Aumaerk.at and Aumaerk.com pages. Aumaerk itself has no direct influence on the content of the plugin.
Facebook can then track the retrieval of an Aumaerk page and, if one is registered and logged in to Facebook, can assign this retrieval to the user account on Facebook. If you click the "Like" button, this information is also sent to Facebook and processed by Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to be able to allocate Aumaerk's page views to your Facebook user account, please log out of Facebook and delete your cookies before you access an Aumaerk page. 3.3 Service Provider
We outsource some of our technical support and customer service, tracking and reporting, quality control, payment processing and other services. We may make relevant information available to third parties in this context to enable them to provide the above-mentioned services.

We may retain the information for as long as permitted or required by law. If you close your account, we will remove your freely accessible content from our website, but we may retain your information in our active systems for a period of 5 years or a longer period required by law. For example, we may use retained information to prevent, investigate or detect possible misconduct in connection with the Website or to comply with legal obligations.
You can request that your user account be closed by sending an email to office@aumaerk.at. You can also use this e-mail address to revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data.
The revocation of your consent to the storage of your personal data has the consequence that your user account will be closed at the same time.

We commit ourselves to take care of the protection of your personal data through appropriate organisational and technical precautions. However, none of the procedures for transmitting data via the Internet or by mobile phone is 100% secure, and the same applies to the procedures for electronic storage.
These precautions relate in particular to the protection of data against unauthorised, illegal or accidental access, processing, use and manipulation.

We accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information in the course of data transmission or as a result of unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hacking attacks on computer systems and telephones, wiretapping, etc.).

9. changes to the privacy policy
We are entitled to amend this data protection declaration. The latest version of the data protection declaration is authoritative for the use of your data. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy that go beyond editorial changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Website before the date on which those changes take effect. If you log on to the Website after a change has taken effect, you confirm that you have accepted the content of the revised Privacy Policy.

Conditions for participation in competitions
The organiser of the competition is AUMAERK GmbH. The competition begins at the time of posting and ends as stated in the competition.
As part of the competition on the AUMAERK website, a prize will be raffled off, which is given a more detailed title in the posting or message.
Participation is only possible by registering on the website. Several registrations by one person will be considered as a single entry.
Persons from Austria and Germany who have reached the age of 18 years are eligible to participate, as the mailing or the perception of the prize takes place exclusively in Austria and Germany.
The winners will be selected randomly within seven days of the end of the competition.
The winner will be notified either by e-mail by an AUMAERK employee. If the winner does not contact AUMAERK within five working days, the prize will be raffled again.
Employees or relatives of AUMAERK GmbH are excluded from the prize.
No cash redemption is possible, the information provided is without guarantee, legal recourse is excluded.
The raffle has no connection to Facebook or Instagram.
We naturally respect the Austrian Data Protection Act and at no time do we pass on winner data, participant data etc. to third companies, unless the participant has given his or her explicit consent beforehand. Further information on data protection can be found in our AGBs.
