Big Win ‘Pig Wing’ at the grill

Our pig wings are quick and easy to prepare. Simply place them on the grill for 18-22 minutes and they're ready.

1.Heat up the grill

Preheat your grill to 260°C. If you're using a gas barbecue, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.

2.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag - remove the meat, empty the liquid down the drain and wipe the meat dry with paper towels.

3.Grilling

Roast the meat at 260°C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 18-22 minutes until the skin is crispy. Depending on your grill, this may take a bit longer or shorter.

After grilling, leave the meat to rest for approx. 5-10 minutes.
