Crispy Pulled Pork
Our pulled pork, baked in tempura batter is quick and easy to prepare. Simply bake for 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap. Cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
Cut the pulled pork “Teared Pork Cut” into bite-sized pieces measuring approx. 3 x 3 cm.
Heat plenty of oil or clarified butter in a frying pan to approx. 175°C.
Pull the meat through the tempura batter. You can find ready-made batter mixes in any supermarket. Simply mix the required amount of batter mixture with cold water according to the instructions. Tip: Season with coriander and chili.
Fry the breaded pieces in oil or clarified butter for 3 minutes until crispy, drain briefly on a piece of kitchen roll and serve.
