Our boiled fillet of veal is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place on the grill for 40-50 minutes and it's ready.

Ingredients
Preparation
Preheat your grill to 160°C. If you're using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.
Place the bag in the sink for 5 - 10 minutes in warm water from the tap, cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
Roast the boiled veal fillet over an indirect heat of 160°C (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 40-50 minutes until the roast is golden brown. Depending on your grill, this may take a bit longer or shorter.
Finally, brush the roast with '37 Hours' sauce, the 'best demi-glace in the world'.
Leave the roast to rest next to the grill for approx. 5-10 minutes. Do not cover the meat!
