Goose leg 'Mad Leg' in the air fryer
Our goose leg is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place in the Airfryer for 18-25 minutes and it's ready.

Preparation
1.Preheat the air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
2.Warm up the meat
Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
3.Frying
Roast the goose leg in the airfryer at 200°C for 18-25 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
