Beef roast 'Sunday Roast' in the oven
Our beef roast is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place in the oven for 70-90 minutes and the it's ready.

Ingredients
1 piece 350 ml | Beef roast 'Sunday Roast' Demi-glace '37 Hours' |
Preparation
1.Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 160°C hot air. Can also be done in the oven with top and bottom heat, in a gas oven or in a wood-fired oven.
2.Warm up the meat
Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap. Cut open the bag, remove the roast and empty the liquid down the drain.
3.Roasting
Place the 'Sunday Roast' in the oven at 160°C on the middle shelf and roast for 70-90 minutes until the meat is golden brown on the outside.
4.Demi-glace '37 Hours'
Finally, brush the roast with '37 Hours' sauce, 'the best demi-glace in the world'.
Then switch off the oven and leave the roast to rest for approx. 5-10 minutes with the oven door open.
