Prepare fruit and vegetables
0,5 pieceAnanas
1 pieceMango
1 pieceTomato
0,5 piecered onion
0,5 bunchcilantro, finely chopped
2 piecesChili
Season salsa to taste
Juice and zest of a lime
30 mlOlive oil

Preparation steps

Prepare the fruits and vegetables

  1. Peel the pineapple and mango. Cut into small cubes with the tomato and onion.
  2. Chop the coriander and finely chop the chillies.

  1. Mix the fruit, vegetables, coriander and chilli and season with lime juice and grated lime zest.
