Crested Steaks
- Place the “Noble Roast” pot roast in the vacuum pack for 5-10 minutes in hot water from the tap. Cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
- Cut the desired amount of steaks (approx. 1 to 1.5 cm thick) from the pre-cooked pot roast.
Breading
- Coat the steaks in flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs one after the other.
Frying
- Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the breaded pieces for approx. 2 minutes on each side until golden brown, drain briefly on a piece of kitchen roll and serve.
