Ingredients
Prepare cabbage and vegetables
3 pieces | Carrots |
1 handful | Radish |
0,5 piece | White cabbage |
0,25 piece | Red cabbage |
1 piece | Onion |
Dressing
350 g | Yogurt |
100 g | Mayonnaise |
1 piece | Lemon, juice of a lemon |
20 g | Chives |
Preparation steps
Prepare cabbage and vegetables
- Grate the carrots.
- Finely chop the radishes and cabbage.
- Peel, halve and finely chop the onion.
Dressing
- For the dressing, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix well with the coleslaw.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Leave the coleslaw to stand for at least 4 hours or overnight.
