Coleslaw

Ingredients

Prepare cabbage and vegetables
3 piecesCarrots
1 handful Radish
0,5 pieceWhite cabbage
0,25 pieceRed cabbage
1 pieceOnion
Dressing
350 gYogurt
100 gMayonnaise
1 pieceLemon, juice of a lemon
20 gChives

Preparation steps

Prepare cabbage and vegetables

  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Finely chop the radishes and cabbage.
  3. Peel, halve and finely chop the onion.


Dressing

  1. For the dressing, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix well with the coleslaw.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Leave the coleslaw to stand for at least 4 hours or overnight.
