Kale (asia style)
1 pieceRed chili pepper
2 pieceOnion, red
1 cloveGarlic
1 tbsp.Canola oil
500 gKale
0,5 pieceLime
1 tsp.Soy sauce
1 pinchSalt
SomePepper

Preparation steps

Roast Pork

  1. Prepare the roast pork royal according to the cooking instructions.

Kale (asia style)

  1. Halve the chilli pepper lengthways, deseed and roughly chop.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic.
  3. Clean the kale and pluck the leaves from the woody stalk.
  4. Heat a wok (or pan, of course), add the oil and stir-fry. Add the garlic, chili and diced onion and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  5. Wash the kale, add it dripping wet to the wok and stir-fry for approx. 5 minutes.
  6. Squeeze half the lime, add 2 teaspoons of lime juice and soy sauce to the kale, season with pepper and a little salt to taste.

Tip: If you don't like it too spicy, you can leave out the chili and add a pinch of ginger instead. This gives the kale a fruity note.

Gravy

  1. Bring the Juice Royal pork gravy to the boil in a pan at 100°C for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Cut the roast pork into slices, arrange on plates with the kale and gravy and enjoy.
