Ingredients
Roast Pork
1 piece | Roast Pork "Pork Royal" |
Kale (asia style)
1 piece | Red chili pepper |
2 piece | Onion, red |
1 clove | Garlic |
1 tbsp. | Canola oil |
500 g | Kale |
0,5 piece | Lime |
1 tsp. | Soy sauce |
1 pinch | Salt |
Some | Pepper |
Gravy
350 ml | Gravy "Juice Royal" |
Preparation steps
Roast Pork
- Prepare the roast pork royal according to the cooking instructions.
Kale (asia style)
- Halve the chilli pepper lengthways, deseed and roughly chop.
- Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic.
- Clean the kale and pluck the leaves from the woody stalk.
- Heat a wok (or pan, of course), add the oil and stir-fry. Add the garlic, chili and diced onion and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
- Wash the kale, add it dripping wet to the wok and stir-fry for approx. 5 minutes.
- Squeeze half the lime, add 2 teaspoons of lime juice and soy sauce to the kale, season with pepper and a little salt to taste.
Tip: If you don't like it too spicy, you can leave out the chili and add a pinch of ginger instead. This gives the kale a fruity note.
Gravy
- Bring the Juice Royal pork gravy to the boil in a pan at 100°C for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cut the roast pork into slices, arrange on plates with the kale and gravy and enjoy.
