Roast Pork Burger with Coleslaw
A gourmet burger with a bite! “Pork Royal”, the tender roast pork with the famous crispy crust, combined with crunchy coleslaw. This self-made burger recipe is a hearty, crunchy delight that is delicious to bite into.

Coleslaw with pepper
1 piece | Cabbage head (white cabbage) |

4 tbsp. | Apple cider vinegar |

Preparation steps
Roast Pork
- Prepare the roast pork “Pork Royal” according to the cooking instructions.
Coleslaw with pepper
- Cut the white cabbage very finely (preferably with a slicer) and salt.
- Leave to marinate for about half an hour, then season with pepper, caraway seeds and chopped garlic. Add the cider vinegar, oil and a little sugar and mix well.
- Finally, cut the red bell pepper into small strips and mix into the coleslaw.
Sauce
- Bring the “Juice Royal” gravy to the boil in a pan at 100°C for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, and reduce slightly.
Arrange the Burgers
- Slice the burger buns and brown them nicely in a pan with a little butter.
- If desired, add some freshly chopped parsley and remove the buns from the pan.
- Drizzle the “Juice Royal” gravy onto the cut surfaces of the burger buns or brush it on with a brush. Spread a little coleslaw on the bottom half of the burger buns.
- Cut the crispy “Pork Royal” roast pork (hot or cold) into slices approx. 1 cm thick and place on the burger halves.
- Top the slices of roast pork with some coleslaw and place the bun lid on top. The gourmet burgers are ready.
