Ingredients

Bloody Mary Butter
250 gButter (soft)
2 tbsp.Worcestershiresauce
3 tbsp.Tomato paste
1 tbsp.Tabasco
1 tsp.Smoked paprika powder

Barbecue butter with caramelized onions & balsamic vinegar
3 piecesOnion
50 mlBalsamico vinegar
1 tsp.Honey
2 tsp.Rosemary, chopped
250 gButter (soft)
SomeSalt
SomePepper
Barbecue butter with bacon bits & thyme
100 gBreakfast bacon
2 tbsp.Thyme, leaves
3 tbsp.Maple syrup
250 gButter (soft)
SomeSalt
SomePepper

Preparation steps

Bloody Mary butter

  1. Beat all the ingredients with a mixer.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Barbecue butter with caramelized onions & balsamic vinegar

  1. Peel, quarter and finely chop the onions.
  2. Sauté in 2 tbsp butter for approx. 15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and reduce.
  4. Stir in the honey and rosemary.
  5. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  6. Whisk in the butter.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Barbecue butter with bacon bits & thyme

  1. Fry the bacon in a dry pan until crispy on both sides, leave to cool and crumble finely.
  2. Whisk in the thyme, maple syrup and butter.
  3. Mix in the bacon crumbs.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
