Bloody Mary Butter

2 tbsp. | Worcestershiresauce |
3 tbsp. | Tomato paste |
1 tbsp. | Tabasco |
1 tsp. | Smoked paprika powder |

Barbecue butter with caramelized onions & balsamic vinegar
3 pieces | Onion |
50 ml | Balsamico vinegar |
1 tsp. | Honey |
2 tsp. | Rosemary, chopped |
250 g | Butter (soft) |
Some | Salt |

Barbecue butter with bacon bits & thyme
100 g | Breakfast bacon |
2 tbsp. | Thyme, leaves |
3 tbsp. | Maple syrup |
250 g | Butter (soft) |
Some | Salt |

Preparation steps
Bloody Mary butter
- Beat all the ingredients with a mixer.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Barbecue butter with caramelized onions & balsamic vinegar
- Peel, quarter and finely chop the onions.
- Sauté in 2 tbsp butter for approx. 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and reduce.
- Stir in the honey and rosemary.
- Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
- Whisk in the butter.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Barbecue butter with bacon bits & thyme
- Fry the bacon in a dry pan until crispy on both sides, leave to cool and crumble finely.
- Whisk in the thyme, maple syrup and butter.
- Mix in the bacon crumbs.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
