Beef shoulder roast with guaranteed success – perfectly cooked in just 70 minutes with no effort!
Our pre-cooked “Sunday Roast” from beef shoulder is ideal for larger gatherings of up to 14 people, allowing you to treat family and friends to the finest beef.
Simply place the roast in the oven at 160°C according to the instructions and while it cooks all by itself in approx. 70 minutes, you have time for other preparations or can take care of the side dishes. You can also prepare the particularly tender and juicy beef roast on the barbecue without any further effort. And for approx. 10 wonderfully tender flat iron steaks from the shoulder, simply cut the ‘Sunday Roast’ into slices about 2.5 cm thick and sear the steaks in the pan for 2 minutes on each side.
