Short ribs ‘Big Beef Rib’ on the grill
Our short ribs are quick and easy to prepare! Simply place them on the grill for 40-50 minutes and they're ready.

Ingredients
1 piece 350 ml | Short Ribs "Big Beef Rib" Demi-glace "37 Hours" |
Preparation
Preheat your grill to 170°C. If you're using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.
Beutel 5-10 Minuten im Spülbecken in warmes Wasser aus der Leitung legen. Beutel aufschneiden, Fleisch herausnehmen und die Flüssigkeit in den Abfluss leeren.
Grill the meat at 170°C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 40-50 minutes until the beef ribs are golden brown on the outside.
Finally, brush the ribs with 37 Hours sauce, 'the best demi-glace in the world'.
Then leave the short ribs ‘Big Beef Rib’ to rest in the oven next to the grill for about 5-10 minutes. Do not cover the meat during this time!
