‘Cheek Rose’ veal cheeks in the oven

Our veal cheeks are quick and easy to prepare. Simply put them in the oven for 25-30 minutes and they're ready.

1.Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 150° C hot air. This can also be done in an oven with top and bottom heat, a gas oven, or a wood-fired oven.

2.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap, cut open the bag, remove the meat, empty the liquid down the drain and wipe the meat dry with paper towels.

3.Roasting

Place 'Cheek Rose' in the oven at 150°C on the middle shelf and roast for approx. 25-30 minutes.


Tip: Tastes great with '37 Hours' demi-glace, refined with a dash of cream.
