Goose Leg 'Mad Leg' in the oven
Our goose leg is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place in the oven for 18-25 minutes and it's ready.

Preparation
1.Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 240°C hot air. This temperature is a prerequisite for good results. Also works in an oven with top and bottom heat, in a gas oven or in a wood-fired oven.
2.Warm up the meat
Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
3.Roasting
Place the goose leg skin side up on a baking tray, place in the oven at 240°C on the middle shelf and roast for 18-25 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
Then switch off the oven and leave the goose to rest for approx. 5 minutes with the oven door open.
