Crispy fried spareribs

Our fried spare ribs are quick and easy to prepare. Simply bread them and fry until golden brown, 2.5 minutes on each side, until crispy.

Ingredients

flour
eggs
breadcrumbs

Preparation

1.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.

2.Portioning

Unpack the meat, pat dry with kitchen paoer and slice rib by rib.

3.Breading

Coat the ribs in flour, then in beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.

4.Prepare the pan

Heat plenty of oil or clarified butter in a pan to approx. 175°C.

5.Frying

Fry the breaded ribs for approx. 2.5 minutes on each side until golden brown, drain briefly on a piece of kitchen roll and serve.
