Beef roast 'Sunday Roast', breaded and baked

Our baked beef roast is quick and easy to prepare. Portion the 'Sunday Roast', coat in breadcrumbs and bake the steaks for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients

breadcrumbs

Preparation

1.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap. Cut open the bag, remove the roast and empty the liquid down the drain.

2.Cutting the meat

Cut the desired amount of steaks into slices 1 to 1.5 cm thick.

3.Breading

Coat the slices in flour, then in beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.

4.Prepare the pan

Heat plenty of oil or clarified butter in a frying pan to 175°C.

5.Baking

Fry the breaded steaks for approx. 2 minutes on each side until golden brown, drain briefly on a piece of kitchen roll and serve.
