Pulled Pork 'Teared Pork' in the oven

Our pulled pork is quick and easy to prepare. Simply put it in the oven for 70-90 minutes and it's ready.

Preparation

1.Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 160°C hot air. Can also be done in the oven with top and bottom heat, in a gas oven or in a wood-fired oven.

2.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap, cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.

3.Roasting

Place 'Teared Pork' in the oven at 160°C on the middle shelf and roast for 70-90 minutes until the meat is golden brown on the outside. Depending on your oven, this may take a little longer.

4.Pork gravy 'Juice Royal'

Finally, brush the pulled pork with 'Juice Royal', 'the best pork gravy in the world'.

5.Tear the meat

Leave the pulled pork to rest for approx. 5-10 minutes, then shred with two forks and serve with 'Juice Royal' gravy or BBQ sauce.
