Rolled veal roast 'Tender Wheel', breaded and baked

Our baked veal roast is quick and easy to prepare. Simply portion, bread and bake the steaks for 2.5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients

eggsbreadcrumbs
Oil or clarified butter for frying

Preparation

1.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.

2.Remove the string

Cut the string and carefully remove it from the meat.

3.Cutting the meat

Cut the desired amount of steaks into slices approx. 2 cm thick.

4.Breading

Coat the steaks in flour, then in beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.

5.Prepare the pan

Heat plenty of oil or clarified butter in a frying pan to approx. 175°C.

6.Baking

Fry the breaded steaks for approx. 2.5 minutes on each side until golden brown, drain briefly on a piece of kitchen roll and serve.
