Preparation steps
Prepare the meat
- Place the “Gentle Chick” chicken breast in the vacuum pack in the sink for 5-10 minutes in hot water from the tap, cut open the bag - remove the chicken fillets and empty the liquid down the drain.
- Cut the chicken breast fillets into thirds lengthways.
Breading
- Coat the chicken sticks in flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs one after the other.
Frying
- Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan to approx. 175°C.
- Fry the breaded pieces for approx. 2 minutes on each side until golden brown, drain briefly on a piece of kitchen roll and serve.
