Baked Spare Ribs
Spareribs are known to be fried or grilled. How about ribs that taste like schnitzel? With extra tender meat on each rib? Portion “Rocco Rib”, bread it and enjoy spare ribs in a golden-yellow crispy coating!

Preparation steps
Spareribs
- Place the spare ribs Rocco Rib in the vacuum pack in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Rub the spare ribs dry with kitchen roll and slice between the individual ribs.
Breading
- Turn the individual ribs one by one in the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
Frying
- Heat plenty of oil or clarified butter in a frying pan to 175°C.
- Fry the breaded spare ribs for approx. 2.5 minutes on each side until golden brown, drain briefly on a piece of kitchen roll and serve.
