Crispy Beef Royale Bowl

Meat

| 1 tbsp | butter |
Rice
| 1/2 cup | rice (e.g. jasmine rice or basmati rice) |
Fruit and vegetables
| 1/2 piece | carrot |
| 1/2 piece | mango |
| 1/4 piece | red pepper |
| 1/4 piece | cucumber |
| 1/4 cup | edamame beans |
Dressing
| 1 tbsp | soya sauce |
| 1 tsp | honey |
| 1 tsp | sesame oil |
| 1 tsp | rice vinegar |
| 1 tsp | fresh lime juice (optional) |
For topping
| 1 tsp | sesame seeds |
| 1 tsp | caviar (optional) |
Preparation steps
Prepare the meat
- Place the special cut from beef back 'Beef Royal' in the vacuum pack in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
- Cut the meat into thin slices and set aside.
Cook the rice
- Prepare the rice according to the packet instructions and set aside.
Prepare fruit and vegetables
- Cut the carrot and red pepper into thin strips. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and the mango into small cubes. Add the edamame beans and prepare everything together for serving the bowl.
Prepare the dressing
- Mix the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar and optional lime juice in a small bowl.
Fry the meat
- Heat the butter in a pan and fry the "Beef Royal" slices until crispy.
Serve and garnish the bowl
- Place the rice in a bowl as a base. Arrange the prepared vegetables, mango, edamame beans and fried Beef Royal slices on top and pour the dressing over the bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with caviar if desired.
