Preparation steps
Pulled Pork
- Place the pulled pork in the vacuum packaging in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
- Tear the pulled pork into bite-sized pieces measuring approx. 3 x 3 cm.
Breading
- Coat the pulled pork in tempura batter. You can find ready-made breading mixes in any supermarket, simply mix the batter mixture with cold water according to the instructions.
Tip: Season the batter mixture with cilantro for a slightly citrusy taste and with a little chili for a spicier note.
Frying
- Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan to approx. 175°C.
- Fry the breaded pieces of pulled pork in the oil for 3 minutes until crispy, drain briefly on a piece of kitchen roll and serve.
