Prepare the meat

  1. Schopfbraten "Noble Roast" nach Kochanleitung zubereiten und abkühlen lassen.


Top the bread

  1. Cut the cold pot roast into slices and place on the sandwiches.
  2. Cut the mustard gherkins into large pieces and top the bread with horseradish and tarragon mustard as desired.
