Short ribs ‘Big Beef Rib’ in the oven

Our short ribs are quick and easy to prepare! Simply put them in the oven for 40-50 minutes and they're ready.

Preparation

1.Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 160°C hot air. This can also be done in an oven with top and bottom heat, a gas oven, or a wood-fired oven.

2.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in warm tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.

3.Braten

Place the 'Big Beef Rib' in the oven at 160°C on the middle shelf and roast for 40-50 minutes until the meat is golden brown on the outside.

4.Demi Glace '37 Hours'

Tip: Finally, brush the ribs with 37 Hours sauce, 'the best demi-glace in the world'.

Then turn off the oven and let the ‘Big Beef Rib’ rest for about 5-10 minutes with the oven door open.
